The Union of Mechanical Engineers of Kazakhstan visited the Atyrau Car Repair Plant

During the visit, the delegation toured the plant’s production facilities, familiarized themselves with its advanced manufacturing processes and ongoing projects in the field of railcar manufacturing. The guests were also presented with the plant’s product range and its prospects for further production development.

The meeting focused on key issues related to the development of Kazakhstan’s domestic machinery industry, increasing the level of local content in production, and strengthening cooperation among industry enterprises.

Following the discussions, the parties reached an agreement to work jointly on supporting domestic manufacturers of rolling stock, promoting Kazakh-made products, sharing expertise, and implementing initiatives aimed at advancing the railway engineering industry in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
