Consent to the processing of personal data
1. The User hereby confirms that by posting his/her personal data in the "Work and Career" section, he/she acknowledges the public nature of this information and gives his/her consent that the relevant data are publicly available. The User also, by accepting this Agreement, gives consent to the processing of his/her personal data by both the Operator of the avsz.kz website and other Users.
2. Considering that personal data with the consent of the User are publicly available, nevertheless, the Operator, when processing personal data, undertakes to take all organizational and technical measures to protect them from unauthorized access in a manner not provided for by the avsz.kz website.

The Operator does not exclude that as a result of a failure in the operation of the site, a virus or hacker attack, technical malfunctions and other circumstances, the User's personal data may become available to other persons. The User hereby agrees that he will not make claims against the Operator of the avsz.kz site in connection with this, given that he has established a publicly accessible mode with respect to his personal data.
